Colorado cycling

The great thing about Colorado is that you can find a climbing partner most days.  The days that you can't find one though you are slap in the middle of bicycle heaven.  The person with a climbing pack and a couple of bicycles can stay entertained the entire unfrozen season.

My favorite ride leaves out after a kickin breakfast at the Village Coffee Shop in Boulder and climbs Lee Hill Road to Left-Hand Canyon.  Climb the hill through Ward and then take a quick lap around Brainerd Lake.  Jump onto the Peak to Peak Highway to Nederland then drop down Boulder Canyon into town.  You then have plenty of time for an afternoon of mountain biking, skating or bouldering.
